Questions
Straight about scope.
5 questions about this package specifically. If yours isn't here, ask before you buy — not after.
Usually replies in minutes
Not sure it fits?
Ask us before you buy — we'll tell you if a different package or a full project is the better call.
What counts as a logo concept?+
A distinct creative direction — not the same logo in a different color. Concepts can explore different typography, symbols, structures, or styles.
What counts as a revision?+
A consolidated round of feedback on the direction you picked — type, spacing, color, layout, reasonable tweaks. Asking to start over in a completely new style after approving a direction is a new concept, not a revision.
Do you do unlimited revisions?+
No — and that's on purpose. "Unlimited" is how projects turn into endless, unfocused loops. You get structured rounds by package. We won't nickel-and-dime a minor final polish on the approved direction either.
Can I match my existing brand colors?+
Yes — drop your color codes, style guide, or current site in the brief and we'll work to them.
Will you check if it can be trademarked?+
We do basic visual research to avoid obvious clashes, but logo design doesn't include legal trademark clearance or registration. Have a trademark attorney handle legal clearance before you register.
