Which email platforms do you build in?
Klaviyo most often, plus Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Shopify Email. We build inside your own account on the tool you already use — we don't move you onto anything of ours, because there is nothing of ours to move you onto.
Do I own the flows after?
Completely. Everything is built in your account and stays fully editable by you. The list, the flows, the templates — all yours. We just build them right.
Do you write the copy or do I?
We do — copy and design both. AI helps us draft at volume; a senior operator edits every email so it reads like a person wrote it and matches your brand. Send us any copy you love and we'll fold it in.
Can you send campaigns too, not just flows?
Flows are the always-on automations; one-off broadcasts are a separate service (Email Campaign), and running them month after month is our managed lifecycle service. Happy to do any of it.
