This one never improvises. It only gives answers you wrote and approved, down paths you designed — no AI deciding what to say. Our AI chatbot understands free-typed questions and answers in natural language. Pick this when the wording has to be exactly right and predictable.
Can visitors type free questions?
The experience is built around buttons and guided menus, which keeps it predictable and fast. We can add a simple capture field for free text, but it won't 'understand' and answer like AI — that's by design.
Are there ongoing AI costs?
