A real one. It uses AI to understand and answer in natural language, trained on your business content — so it handles questions you didn't script word-for-word. If you specifically want deterministic, no-AI flows, look at our rules-based chatbot instead.
Where does it get its answers?
From the content you give us — your site, FAQs, docs, and policies. We train and constrain it to your material and set guardrails so it doesn't wander off and make things up.
Will there be ongoing costs?
The build is a one-time fee. Running an AI assistant uses a third-party AI service that bills per usage — we set it up on your own account so you control and own it. We'll estimate that cost honestly before we start.
